Jewish Wedding Illustrations

My dear friend Sarah got married and my gift was some illustrations...here they are

The Chuppah is the Hebrew name for the canopy under which the bride and groom marry. At the end of the ceremony the groom stamps on a glass with his right foot.

Sarah is the queen of cake bakers so I predict she will often suggest this to her husband in their married life.

A delightful part of Jewish weddings is the dancing. As part of this, the bride and groom are hoisted up onto chairs whilst the friends and family dance around them.

And off they go to embrace their new life together. Mazel Tov!

  1. A backyard wedding creates opportunities that are often overlooked when planning your wedding. The controlled environment creates the opportunity to make your wedding day a truly memorable day with a little bit of imagination and preparation.
